In September 2011, San Diego Hospice and Center for Palliative Care hosted a Corporate Wellness Event, featuring Ellen Dolgen representing Shmirshky Universal, Christine Gavant from La Vita Compounding Pharmacy in San Diego, and Dr. Janette Gray, Co-Founder and Medical Director of the Center of Health and Well Being. Together, they discussed perimenopause, menopause, HRT and alternatives to HRT to provide information for women in the workplace. Ellen raffled off a bathrobe after the event! It was a great way to spread the knowledge and help women find the help they deserve!
