Postmenopause is yet another time in a shmirshky’s life that is not discussed. Postmenopause begins about five years after a shmirshky has reached the point of menopause and continues throughout the rest of her life. A shmirshky in postmenopause typically would have permanently reduced hormone levels. I’m not quite there yet, but I am hoping postmenopause won’t involve any postgraduate work!
